Returns Policy

We guarantee you total satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day money back guarantee. This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new in it’s original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility.

We offer a very fair returns policy, should your goods not be the correct size or colour. We offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund, again providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable, any exchange. We suggest for your own security, that you use a recorded delivery service for any goods that you return to us.

Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.

If the goods are faulty or they break whilst in use you can send them back to us and we can send them directly to the companies concerned, we will charge for any additonal postage incurred. Our returns policy on faulty goods for all brands is that goods will be returned to the company concerned and whatever they decide will be passed on to our customers. If it is Malik goods you need to send them back to us.
